> Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization
> Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including onboarding, technical skills, leadership development, and soft skills training
> Work with experts to ensure accurate and relevant content.
> Design courses, career plans, workshops, TED Talks, and other best practices into everyday life of our engineers
> Maintain budgets and relationships with vendors consultants and 3rd party training providers.
> Develop methodologies to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
> Keep track of employee progress and provide ongoing support and guidance.
Required Skills:
> A Masters or PhD in HR, Psychology, OD or Social Sciences. Prefer to have US/UK education with a strong research-based approach to problem solving
> Project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple initiatives
> Data analysis and report building capabilities
> Well-experience in managing people, and budgets, building relationships with external suppliers, management, development, and talent training.
