We are looking for Technical Lead , who will be responsible for following;

• Lead the system development and integration of software within team to ensure quality development of the solutions.
• Working with Management and Development team for planning and execution of Software development activities.
• Adopt and maintain Industry best practices and excellent programming standards to continually improve quality of applications software.
• Utilize innovative approaches to solve complex technical problems and apply advanced technical principles, theories and concepts to develop products.
• Accountable for a quality architecture and design of applications.
• Lead in project and release planning related activities
• Accountable for technical trainings and mentoring of development team.
• Hands on development as and when required.

Required Skills:

• Strong skills in Object-Oriented Analysis, Design, and Programming (OOA, OOD and OOP).
• Expert Level Programming skills in C#, ASP.NET & AJAX.
• Must have working experience in Dot Net Framework 3.5 and later.
• Must have worked in Web Services/WCF /Windows Services.
• Must have experience of leading development teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong people skills.
• Should have good understanding of industry best practices and standards.
