Prepare and evaluate different performance reports related to hosted live servers. Ensure all the corrective actions/measures taken timely to resolve all the reported bugs and errors. Ensure all the log sheets are properly maintained, reviewed in accordance with the checklist on regular basis. Proactively develop and execute the test plan for the upcoming important events in USA. Provide support,coordinate and follow up for resolution of tickets raised and other related issues with concerned departments. Devise a plan and strategy for timely up gradation in technology in accordance with compatibility of future and existing systems. Conduct proactive R&D on deployed infrastructure and application integrity to meet future challenges. Ensure timely patching and app add-ons on regular basis. Maintain strong liaison with in-house developers and Rackspace staff for any issue that effect company’s business. Manage hosted live servers detailed backup for performance utilization, monitoring and integrity check.
