We are looking for a Support Engineer who is Responsible for L2-L3 support of the product and gives feedback to development team in Devops methodology.
Required Skills:
* Experience in ITIL, COBIT and any IT Service Management standards.
* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
* Experience in DevOps Methodology.
* Basic to intermediate programming skills will be assets.
* Knowledge of SQL, scripting preferred.
* Analytical thinking.
