We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Senior Human Resources Officer who is comfortable working in a dynamic and changing environment. You will be resilient and be effective in working at a fast pace in a small and supportive team.
As the Senior HR Officer you will:
• provide high level advice, assistance and support to the Senior Manager and Manager in the development and implementation of various Human Resources (HR) business activities, projects and programs;
• build and maintain stakeholder relationships across the agency;
• provide and deliver appropriate advice and services to staff on a range of HR programs and issues, ensuring standards, guidelines and relevant legislation are met;
• identify and implement opportunities for improvement of services and systems relating to HR services.
