We are in search of Senior Talent Acquisition Manager with responsibilities:
• Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
• Lead employment branding initiatives
• Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
• Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
• Assist in employee retention and development
• Supervise recruiting personnel
• Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
• Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
Job Qualifications & Required Skills
• 5+ years of experience in a corporate HR, Talent Management, Learning and Development or Talent Acquisition environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize several simultaneous projects across the HR team
• Competent using MS Office suite
• Experience with various HRIS, Performance Management, Applicant Tracking Systems a plus
• Independent, self-directed project experience
• Understanding of the strategic value of HR to the business
• Bachelors or Associates Degree
