Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer (Symantec preferably) to be responsible for providing analytical and technical support to various corporate services offerings. Must have: Clear understanding of architecture design, integration and customization needs of Enterprise IT infrastructure. - In-depth understanding of one or more data center infrastructure applications and their functionalities ( Storage and Data Protection ) - Strong exposure to technical project management for IT rollout and deployment - Perform scope gathering and scope analysis with customer as well as conducting requirement review meetings. - Ability to connect with customers in a pro-active manner in order to understand their business needs and pain points and work with them in developing and implementing solutions. - In-depth understanding of Operating Systems, Servers, Storage and Backup of IT infrastructure. - Assist the project team with any functional issues that may arise during the lifetime of the project. - BS Degree in Computer Science - Minimum 4-5 years of experience with storage and data protection solutions. - Excellent communication and analytical skills. - Self-motivated, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Understanding of Enterprise Architecture is preferred.
