As a senior manager you will fulfill either the role of development manager for a group of employees, or work-stream leader, leading either one or more of the work-streams identified within the business plan, or may fulfill both roles.
You will be responsible for delivery and performance, and may need to balance the sometimes conflicting pressures and resources of both development management and work-stream management.
You may also provide advice and guidance within a particular specialism, and will be a role model for our values and behaviors, supporting our organizational culture and ways of working.
