Job Description:
We are hiring Senior Data Engineer with following specs: * Analyzing complex data-sets and identifying KPIs * Writing ETL scripts / creating SSIS packages * Creating views / stores procedures / functions as per business requirements * Writing well designed, testable, efficient code that complies with the project plans and the industry standards * Working closely with the product / engineering management to prioritize information needs and recommend actions * Managing performance and tuning of SQL queries and addressing / fixing slow running queries * Are a graduate in Computer Engineering or related discipline * Have minimum 5 years experience in data sciences or data engineering or DWH fields (maximum of 6-8 years experience in the relevant field) * Are a graduate in Computer Engineering or related discipline * Have minimum 5 years experience in data sciences or data engineering or DWH fields (maximum of 6-8 years experience in the relevant field) * Have advanced database and data warehouse concepts * Have hands on experience on ETL Tools * Are good in SQL writing * Have good knowledge of data retrieval from source systems and data to visual mapping * Can independently handle complex tasks and create generic solutions. * Have experience on data cleansing and designing reports * Are proficient in using MS Excel and other similar tools * Can gather and prepare data to support analytics from a variety of data source types including databases, flat files, external sources as per business requirements
