Responsible to maintain and improve safety and security of persons, all locations of the Organization, all assets, etc.

 Develop SOP's for smooth operations of security procedures

 Ensure implementation of all SOP's and monitor on daily basis

 Liaison with existing law enforcing teams available at all locations of the organization

 Managing and monitoring of the daily routine of the law enforcing team members

 Develop strong working relations with law enforcing agencies at all levels in Provincial / District Government levels

 Liaison with the local community and develop friendly relationships in order to manage their issues ( if any)

 Develop an independent security department within the organization

 Develop a team of security guards of the organization

 Able to provide all sort of trainings to the existing and new team to counter act security threats

 Track / monitor the current security situation of the country and its impact on the organizational level

 Arrange escort services to the senior executives of the organization and their guests

 Develop proper reporting system for security persons

 Provide security update and monitoring reports to the senior executives regularly
