OPENING for an Experienced and Certified QuickBooks Accountant to perform bookkeeping and related duties in their Karachi, Pakistan Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: - Preparing invoices
- Reconciling bank and credit card records
- Paying expenses
- Preparing management reports
- Creating customer statements
- Working with clients to resolve billing disputes
- Adding clients and billing matters to the system
- Performing administrative tasks such as word processing, data entry, and coordinating office support services.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors or Masters in Commerce. At least 5 years Accounting (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable,Invoicing, Bank Reconciliations etc.), and QuickBooks experience coupled with Microsoft Office suite required. (Word, Excel) Excellent interpersonal skills, reliability, initiative and organizational skills are also needed in this position. The ability to work well in a small office environment with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors is also necessary in this opportunity.
Strong communication skills, written and oral, and the ability to solve complex Accounting problems are a must! The salary range for this position will be determined based on experience and qualification.
