We are looking for Manager Technical Support Services for the overall IT infrastructure at VentureDive. In this role you will be required to lead the IT function at VentureDive and provide world class IT operations to our offices in Lahore & Karachi.
Key Responsibilities​
* IT hardware procurement and maintenance for Karachi & Lahore offices (laptops, mobiles, IT accessories etc).
* Build relationships with credible vendors for all hardware purchase, repair and maintenance.
* Managing and testing internet connections in Karachi & Lahore offices (Trans world and Multinet).
* Managing Fortinet firewall.
* Managing Cisco manageable switches.
* Managing IT Help Desk through OS ticketing system.
* Installation and troubleshooting for windows and Apple OS.
* Installation and troubleshooting for Microsoft Office and other softwares.
* Managing and troubleshooting for WiFi Infrastructure.
* Managing and troubleshooting for LAN.
* Maintain IT Hardware inventory for Karachi & Lahore offices.
* Maintaining data backups as needed.
* Installation of Windows OS and basic software.
* Managing IT support for all employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
Required Qualifications
* BSIT with CCNA
* At least 5-6 years of relevant experience in IT
Hands-on experience with firewall administration activities including modification of firewall rules, NAT, and VPN, Wifi
* Complete knowledge of installation and troubleshooting for windows and mac
* Complete knowledge of WiFi infrastructure, networking and troubleshootingLeading the IT support team cross site.
