- Maintain and organize Documents.
- Maintaining confidentiality of the entire employee related documentations and information.
- Track and Maintain employee data and information in soft and hard copies
- Ensure all documentation, relevant to appointments, confirmations and terminations are filed.
- Keep check and balances making sure all the tasks are done on time.
- Update and process the complete attendance and payroll system.
- Maintaining the complete filing system of personnel and keeps it confidential.
Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Interviewing, Hiring and selection.
- Pre screening candidates.
- Acquiring and interviewing the best possible candidates for different designations.
- Work with Managers to determine current and future hiring needs
- Manage the candidates jobs and designations addressing the offers, benefits of different designations.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees.
