The right candidate for the position will be able to effectively execute the following responsibilities:
1. Screens candidates. Responsible for identifying, retrieving information, screening and forwarding candidates to applicable hiring managers for initial contact. Also conducts reference checks and schedules candidate travel as needed.
2. Coordinates attendance and materials for career fairs and other college recruiting events. Attends campus events as necessary.
3. Assists in coordination and execution of summer intern events. Supports intern follow up and engagement outside of internship periods.
4. Supports onboarding administration including but not limited to: survey follow up, pre and post hire communications and associate notices, workspace and material preparation, and orientation participation.
5. Posts openings to applicable job boards. Runs recurring applicant tracking system reports.
Education and Qualifications Knowledge Skills and Abilities
1. Extensive knowledge of the English language.
2. Must have excellent written and oral comprehension and expression as well as speech clarity and recognition.
3. Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels in the company and with various business contacts outside of the company in an articulate, professional manner.
4. Plans and organizes the work and the way it is done. Finds ways to get projects accomplished efficiently. Positively impacts the team by managing time effectively
5. Strong interest in process improvement.
6. Demonstrated problem solving skills.
