Job Responsibilities:

> Conduct interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and best fit for multiple assigned positions.
> Coordinate and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
> Provide an exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment journey
> Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
> Collaborate with the finance team to ensure precise and timely payroll processing, while also supporting compensation and benefits administration.
> Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
