* Solid understanding and working knowledge of
digital media and the local/global Digital
industry
* Understanding of Loyalty and CRM Marketing.
* Analytical and conceptual development skills
* Good understanding of Social Media, SEM, SEO,
EDM, Mobile Marketing, Google Analytics and other
relevant marketing tools.
* Great communication and presentation skills.
* Attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering internal training and skill up the core
team
* Project management; able to run projects on time
and within budget.
* Developing strategic recommendations on both
existing and future projects across platforms such
as email, response, display, social media and
mobile.
* Document clear strategic plans including
objectives, recommended tactics, budgets and
timelines.
* Problem solving and client support; work with
Client marketing staffs to ensure that marketing
tools including e-mail marketing, adwords,
analytics and online behavior tracking are being
effectively leveraged.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
