The Telesales Executive will be involved in interacting with customers predominantly in UK or US through phone or email to solicit orders for goods or services, make appointments, collect information or conduct follow-up. The personnel will use cold calling techniques on prospect and persuade the existing customers to purchase a product or service as assigned by the organization in a clear and honest manner keeping the quality and compliance under consideration at all times.
* Contact customers in UK through telephone in order to solicit sales for products offered.
* Prospecting, researching potential customer’s needs and their buying habits of products through outbound calls
* Obtains customer’s correct personal information by making outbound calls, verifying information as per the data protection guidelines.
* Sell the product around the given sales script to better target the needs and interests of the customer.
* Explain the product with its features and prices in a clear and concise manner. Also answer all the customer’s queries/objections to ensure customer’s clear understanding and consent regarding the product or service offered.
* Maintain records of no. of product availability, apps & sales.
* Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to assigned targets, standards, guidelines and recommend improved procedures.
* Upgrade job knowledge based on the calling experience and share the best practices with the team
Qualifications:
Minimum High School Diploma
Work Experience:
1+ year’s international call center experience preferably as Telesales Executive
