* Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
* Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
* Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
* Manage and resolve customer complaints.
* Call customers on frequent basis.
* Process orders, forms and applications.
* Route calls to appropriate resource.
* Document all the call information as per the SOP.
* Produce reports.
* Provide the management any insight or observation about the customers.
* Coordination with the execution team and the workers.
This is a Full time position with the following pre-requisites:
1. 1 year – 2 years experience in a similar capacity
2. Graduate
3. Strong hands of Microsoft Office – Mainly Microsoft Excel
4. Sound technical skills
5. Sound knowledge of customer service practices
6. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Urdu – fluency in Englishwith a goodAmericanaccent is
essential.
7. Good data entry and typing skills
8. Knowledge about the routes/ areas in Karachi will be a plus point.
9. Stress tolerance, problem analyzing and strong listening skills.
