Responsibilities
• Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources
• As a routine, Look for public and commercial RFPs, research client business referrals, network, and web leads
• Understand client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
• Take a lead role in the development of proposals and PowerPoint presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
• Create and maintain a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospect clients
• Write and format White Paper
Requirement and Qualification
• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, IT or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
• Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
• Ability to deliver creative PowerPoints presentations
• Excellent analytical and time-management skills
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
• Have a background of technical writing
